Raul Munoz, 62, of Randallstown, died Saturday, Feb. 20, 2010, at home. Born Dec. 24, 1947, in Lima, Peru,
he was the son of Dora Ballesteros Diaz and the late Fernando Diaz. Twice married, he was the former husband
of Peggy Madoo and Donna Munoz. He was the owner and president of Weather Seal Corporation since 1985. He
was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church in Randallstown for more than 30 years and was a devout Catholic.
He was a member of the Monumental Rifle and Pistol Club in Marriottsville. He was expecting another grandchild
in July. Surviving, are daughters Jennifer Lynne Munoz Dugan and husband Shawn Dugan, of Wilmington, Del., and
Alexis Nicole Munoz, of Owings Mills; and a grandson, Aidan Robert Thomas Dugan. The family will receive
friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today at Eline Funeral Home, 11824 Reisterstown Road, Reisterstown. A Mass of Christian
burial will be held at 9 a.m. Thursday at Holy Family Catholic Church, 9531 Liberty Road, Randallstown. Interment
